5. How do I choose the right wig size and color?

  • Size: Most wigs come with adjustable straps or elastic bands to fit a range of head sizes (typically 21.5" - 23"). Check the product description for specific cap measurements.

  • Color: We provide detailed color descriptions and photos. For the most accurate match, we recommend using our color swatch chart or contacting customer service for guidance.

6. Can I style, cut, or color the wigs?

  • Human Hair: Yes, you can style, cut, and color human hair wigs just like your natural hair. We recommend professional styling for best results.

  • Synthetic Hair: Most synthetic wigs come pre-styled and cannot be restyled with heat unless specified as "heat-friendly." Do not apply heat to regular synthetic wigs as it will melt the fibers.

  • Warranty Note: Any alterations (cutting, coloring, styling) void the return policy, as the item is then considered "used."

7. How do I care for my wig or hair piece?
